The job paid for by myself for tarring of my driveway and paving in front of the garage plus some extra tarring at the roads edge in my neighbourhood (which he measured up and quoted for and for which I have paid in full) is only 96% complete as he ran out of tar. He was meant to return during November 2012 then beginning Dec then January and now February. He doesn't return calls or sms messages and when I do get him using a different no. he answers and says he will finish on this day or that day but it never happens and we return to square one where he doesn't answer calls.
