Failure to complete work, poor quality work and unable to refund deposit

Gustav was commissioned to commence work in Aug 2020, and this is yet (March 2021) to be completed or money refunded to us.

He has a smooth approach to creating the perception of great service but cannot deliver to his word. He has many excuses and cannot manage his cash flow, and he delivers a poor quality service. He left windows chipped, leaks through aluminium panels and other incomplete work.

He has a history of complaints, and unfortunately, I did not see this until I started researching online about his service. Guard against engaging his services; you will be disappointed.

He is still to fix outstanding issues and refund the money for the remainder of the deposit.
Despite numerous attempts to get him to fix issues and refund the deposit, he continues not to fulfil any job obligations.

Good day. Have you been refunded? I believe it is time for this filth to face the law. He has been doing this for many years, since his first job at Old Mutual when he was 18, he got fired for stealing R1000.
