We renovated our patio and decided to support a local and 'trusted' / 'reputable' service provider to do the painting as we did not want to use anyone from the street. Jarred from Rent a painter was the person dealing with us. As the patio was newly build, we trusted that "Rent a Painter' will have the expertise on how to prepare and treat the walls prior to painting. The workers were friendly and work diligently. After about 11 months the paint started coming off! We got them back to re-do the job which they have done partly. Now, just a couple of months later the same thing is happening - obviously the prep was not done correctly. We have tried to contact "Rent a painter", phone, e-mail etc... but with not answer or reply of any nature - however, their advertising boards etc are still up. Do they still exist?
