Last week I went to cash build to buy paint. I asked someone wearing the uniform and I could just see that this guy was not willing to help. Fortunately for us Sjabulile appeared and he changed my disappointment to something I cannot explain in words. I was about to bust.he offered to help. Since then I have been to the same branch more than 4 times this week and the last being today. Anytime I need something I will not think twice but will go to Cash build Vosloorus. All stores in South Africa can learn from this guy. Your Multichoice, Edgards, Game and I mean all retail companies do not deliver the same service. I hope hope Sjabulile will not change and continue to give the same service. I was at Cash build at Protea last Sunday and the service there was no whre near to what Sjabulile provide. I can produce receipts to show how many times I have been to the same store and the service was superb. Keep up the GOOD work and one day you will be rewarded. Not sure how you do it but that does not matter, just keep up the GOOD work.
