End July 2013 I ordered a bed for my terminally ill husband and paid in good faith. When 5 days later we realised things were not looking good with him I tried to cancel the sale. I was told that the bed was alreadyin transit and couldnt be cancelled. I accepted that and again in good faith I said they could deliver it, I would keep it. My husband passed away 8 August and I tried again to cancel as it was no longer needed and they refused saying it was on its way and would be delivered 2 days later.
Needless to say I have never recieved the bed and after numerous attempts to contact them they have memorised my number and refuse to answer my calls. I have a lawyer on the case but as they have no tracable physical address and are not a registered company we are finding it difficult to finalise anything.
Please beware of these people. Ruthless!
