I have had a poolcop for the past 10 years, I have had bad weather and the poolcop has been hit by lightning. The 2 sevice agents Lucky & Vincent are not responding to sms on their cell phones, and go straight to voice mail. The company details on the website is no longer valid. I have phoned a few pool companies and all they say is APMI has pulled out of the country and I will get no one to fix my problemm, this is a problem as I have a pool with the pump that is operated via a dead poolcop.
