On the 18th October, I came home to find my new tap in the kitchen was squirting all over.
(I say new because it had been installed in July) I contacted the plumber Siraaz who said "That will happen with a cheap tap!!! " He said that he was on his way to an emergency in Town but would come around after. Sunday I am still waiting. I phoned numerous times, sent an sms asking him to have the decancy to let me know if he was coming around. Phoned from landline, the call was answered and the person said he was busy but would call back... He promised as well to come and sort out the toilets where he had installed the cisterns as they were not flushing properly, Still I wait. FULL of promises and just doesnt communicate. If I had not paid timeously, I would understand, but everytime I have paid on time, so why such bad service???
