Complaint!!!
Your Sunningdale branch has been out of stock of a Ryobi mitre saw to the value of R2750 for at least four weeks now. Today was the fourth time I have been back to buy one and its still not there. The manager of the department, nowhere to be seen after been called twice to come deal with me. It astounds me how a huge company such as yourselves cannot muster the absolute basics of stock take.
if something is out of stock for a month.
1) Take the demo model off the shelf, so no customer see's it.
2) Put an add in your weekly papers that this product is currently out of stock, as to not waste your customers valuable time.
3) As one of Ryobi's biggest retailers, I would be on the phone four weeks ago to them out, and make sure their stock is redely available in your stores. Because when its not, it makes you guys builders warehouse look like the who cant do their stack take properly.
Honestly this like 101 of basic stocktaking, and customer service.
The question is now, you have waisted my time four times in month, what are you going to do
