I would like to thank the stakeholders at Toughflex Coatings who made the decision to uphold a verbal agreement & promise made by their salesperson. This could have easily been a very unhappy experience with the company but they chose to keep a client happy.
To me, this showed great commitment to promoting their company's brand.
The workmanship/product used on the pool seems great so provided it endures, I will definitely use you again! Will read my contract carefully the next time though :)
