With regard to the statement above involving The Sandstone Story, the KZN Consumer Affairs Division recently arranged an in-loco inspection and meeting between the parties to the dispute with a view to conclusion of the matter. As a result of this engagement, both parties have given certain undertakings on the basis of a settlement. In anticipation herewith, the consumer wishes to thank the respondent for proceeding in good faith with respect to the proposed resolution, and harbours no ill-feelings towards the latter in respect hereof.
