Alison who I think is one of the owners of CSC has been amazing. We wanted a specific type look which they don't usually do but she went out of her way to prepare various samples to see which one would work. Once we had agreed on a look she referred us to a couple of installers. The one we chose used the wrong grout and basically ruined the whole look. When we told Alison about it she was so apologetic (even though it wasn't her fault) and she offered to provide us with new stones and a new installer at the CSC's own cost. I think she is amazing and would recommend anyone to deal with this company if you need cladding etc
