BE AWARE you get this guy to build your house.
In 2010 I decided to basically help a person (Contractor) and handed him contract to build my holiday home.
I unfortunately work in Australia and had to trust this person (Niekie Vos) to do the work. Not knowing that I will be milked out of hundreds of thousands of rands.
The agreement was that we would basically build the house out of pocket and asked him to get it done within budget.
I was happy for a while until I realised that work is being stretched and funds were getting out of control. In September or their about 2012 he decided to employ a manager to handle his work as he took on more work. This is where my problem started. I did not have a problem with that but had a problem with me paying for him and his manager. Asked him to remove the guy for my property which he refused.
There was basically no work done for the month of October/November but I had to make payments.
These are the unethical behaviour of Mr Niekie Vos.
Over estimating - TILES - 60 boxes. (not only is it a waste for me but he takes 10% of the costTo Be COntinued.
