Ignored communication

I have made contact with Mariette on June 4, 2013 where I enquired for handyman services. Two days after I sent my last e-mail to Mariette I still haven't received any feedback from her and I was forced to quickly make other arrangements as I was on a tight deadline. Not happy at all from the bad service I received.
