My Alienware m18X laptop this morning all of a sudden stopped charging and after testing it with two different chargers decided it was defintely something wrong with the laptop. I have only had it for one month. After calling Dell three different times I was left on hold on all three occasions for 20 minutes until the call times out and I have to call again. Part of my warranty is on site, can someone please assist me!
