First tech is unreliable and completely incompetent. They do not solve the issues that you pose to them, rather they tip-toe around each issue as if time will resolve it. This in business environments is completely unacceptable. You have to deal with several people of which none understand the problem nor can provide solutions!! I am absolutely flabbergasted at the type of service provided. If I was completely obtuse to computers and technology I am absolutely positive that Ftech would have taken me for a ride, and charged me for hardware which was not needed. If you are thinking about about using Ftech KZN please think again!! The staff are a nightmare!!
