We have been with GraphicMail for a while now. We struggled with our payments for the monthly accounts. we signed a debit order, but came month end we had no credits and we already paid. When I delete a sending list, it doesn't allow me to create a new one, even though there was one. They are very quick in helping you via their online support, but its inconvenient to keep asking them to correct stuff.
