I struggle a lot responding to a reply. And eventually i find the link to respond in the left section.i think it will be a good idea to place one big button below a conversation that says 'write a response' rather than having to go to the links on the left and scroll through reports. Secondly the website does not play well on a mobile phone. It will be nice to get a mobile version. Lastly an app will be very handy. And if i am impressed by a service rendered, i can easily write a report.
