Two individuals that live on my premises have had their prepaid airtime debited by you, without ever having subscribed to your services. One is with MTN and one is with Vodacom. Looking through the complaints, I see they are not the only ones. Kindly sort this matter out, and refund the money you have illegally deducted from them.
