I went to pay my account at EXACT Heidelberg at the Victorian Centre, Gauteng, the staff was not helpful at all and disrespectful! there was two ladies standing at the two pay points, but only one of them was working. I asked if the lady that was doing nothing but standing at the pay point if she can help me, she said in a very snotty way "no, if you are not happy to wait then go to total Sports in the Centre, the next lady that can help me will be back at 12o'clock" but she can't help me. This is absolutely unacceptable to me. I want to know is this the way Exact IS TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS?? I am a business owner myself and will never allow my customers to be treated like this!!!
