I used the Key Moves company to transfer my personal belongings to two different locations in two days. I was wary of how it would turn out, having dealt with careless removal companies before and suffered damages and loss of goods as a result.
However, Jean-Claude answered every question or concern I addressed to him quickly and clearly, and made several alterations to the quotation as I changed my mind and added or removed items in the weeks leading up to the move.
Although the guys showed up a bit late the one day, the coordinator (Johannes) notified me well in advance, and kept me informed of where the guys were until they arrived. The removal team was very friendly and helpful, and took care not to damage any of my belongings.
The entire removal was also very competitively priced, resulting in a satisfactory experience and a solid recommendation.
