On the 16.03.2013 I took my car to Contipartners to replace my shocks, when the driver came to fetch me at work around 12:00pm I then realize that the noise level on the car was worse and it's not on the same arrear. I then asked for my car to be checked but I was told about something else. On my way home I told the mechanic's that I was coming so that he could have a look at my car. the problem was now worse and my friend and I was really consent about our life's. When I got there he then checked the vehicle and told me that gearbox mountain is broken of we even took pictures. It was late to call and report the incident Sunday they closed, I then went to the Contipartners lunch time at 11:00am and the manager told me that it could be that the part was 90% broken then when they fitting in shocks then broke completely. I felt so stupid because I know nothing about cars and I know that I brought my car shocks and it was not broken.
For sake, could such a big Workshop let me drive with the broken vehicle from Cresta to Soweto and tell me it might be that my car was 90% broken and broke completely when replacing the other parts? But I asked them to recheck the car reason bein
