VERY BAD ASSISTANCE

I BOUGHT A FORD RANGER FROM BARLOWORLD ALBERTON AND ASK FOR MAGS & TYRES EXTRA. I PAID R21 950 FOR IT IN DECEMBER 2012. I LOST ONE MAG FITTING ON IT AND WHEN I ASK FOR ASSISTANCE FROM BARLOWORLD THEY REFERRED ME TO AUTOQUIP WHERE I DELT WITH CRAIG. HE COULD'NT GET STOCK OF IT. ON THE 4TH FEBRUARY I DAMAGE ONE OF MY TYRES, THEN CRAIG INFORMED ME THE TYRES WERE DISCONTINUED BUT HE WILL TRY AND CONTACT THE SUPPLIER. AFTER A COUPLE ON WEEKS WHERE HE STATED THE SUPPLIER IS NOT GETTING BACK TO HIM I TRIED ON THE 05 MARCH TO CONTACT THE SUPPLIER OF kUMHO TYRES AND HE RETURN MY CALL THIS MORNING AND A HOUR LATER HE PHONE BACK AND HAVE A TYRE. TO ME IS IS IGNORANCE FROM CRAIG SIDE.
