I went into Cayenne on a Friday to look at the Honda NC700X and decided to buy one. James was absolutely excellent in service and advice. In-house financing was really expensive and I decided against it after Nicolene went through all the trouble of getting me numerous quotes. I eventually went with external financing and Cayenne accomodated me without hesitation. I notified them on the next Tuesday at 13:00 and I was notified I could pick up my bike by 15:30. I was stuck in traffic on my way there and James kept the shop open as well as the merchandise section after closing time just so I could buy what I needed and drive my bike off the red carpet.
Brilliant service, competitive pricing and a great experience all around.
