I would like to have clearity about parking space, we are paying for parking but the caretaker is refusing to give us parking when we need it. he rents out our parking spaces without our knowledge, we pay for that parking but now our parents have to park on the streets because he's refusing with our parking spaces as he's busy doing side hustles with our parking spaces.
we are told to call him first if we want parking so that he can approve or not.. is this some kind of a student accommodation? sometimes he says he doesn't communicate with tenants he only communicate with landlords, that we must tell our landlord to call him and ask for parking if we want to park.
What is the procedure for using Parking?
