I took my car in because it had a mechanical breakdown and this was the only branch with an opening considering the time. The car was received and Jude calls to tell me that they will not fix the car because its not coverered and afteri send her all the paperwork proving that i have extended warrant she"s still adamanat that they wont fix it I have to call the insurance directly, then when I call the dealership i bought the car from they send me back to her to handle the query because i am not allowed to directly speak to the insurance. The manger says i must just report her and I make her aware of that and she blatantly tells me to go ahead she doesnt really care what I do. Where is customer service at VW when one buys the car, sales people will promise the world and when problems start they dont care
