BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - TO CUSTOMERS

I BOUGHT A CAR FROM HYUNDAI EAST RAND IN AUGUST 2013. I WAS ASSISTED BY KENNY. A MONTH LATER, I FOUND THE CAR'S CLUTCH WAS FAULTY AND CALLED KENNY AS THE SALES MAN THAT ASSISTED ME. HE TOLD ME THAT CLUTCH KITS LAST ABOUT 10000KM - 15000KM. I THEN BOOKED MY CAR IN AT THEIR SANDTON BRANCH FOR A DIAGNOSIS OF THIS PROBLEM AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE CLUTCH WAS INDEED FAULTY. I TOOK THE CAR IN TODAY 13/12/13. I WAS ASSISTED BY DAVID TO WHOM I EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TOO. HE TOOK DOWN ALL THE DETAILS AND ASKED KENNY IF HE KNOWS ABOUT THE PROBLEMS ON THE CAR. HE ASKED ME IF MY CAR ALSO NEEDED A WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND QUOTED ME ON THAT. I ACCEPTED THE QUOTATION. HE CALLED ME AT AROUND 13:00 TO INFORM ME THAT THE MECHANIC FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CLUTCH AND I RESPONDED TO ASK AS TO WHY WHEN I CONTROL MY CLUTCH A ROARING SOUND AND THE RAVE COUNTER GOES UP AND HE SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. HE CALLED ME 30MINS LATER TO TELL ME THAT A PIN NEEDED TO BE REPLACE AND IT COSTS R30 AS WELL AS A GLOB FOR R25 WITH OUT INFORMING ME OF THE LABOUR COST. AT 17:30 I WAS TOLD TO PAY FOR LABOUR IF NOT MY CAR WILL NOT BE RELEASED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SUPPORT THIS BRANCH! DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER
