Bought a car from Centurion Motor Group this week that had passed an AA101 check with no faults at Dekra Centurion South and had a RWC. When I got the car home I discovered an obvious major break in the air intake piping between the air filter and engine which was sucking dirty air into the engine. When I checked under the car there was a massive gearbox oil leak that has been there for weeks to months - oil everywhere... The 101 report and RWC are an absolute farce! They ether did not even look at the car or looked the other way... either way I would not trust anything from this testing station. So much for giving the buyer confidence of the mechanical condition of the vehicle... I bought the car on the basis that it had met the stringent 101 requirements and now am struggling to get the dealer to refund me on this absolute lemon.
