I found DreamzLogistics via Groupon and while the offer was quite attractive I decided not to use them after reading various complaints on the Hello Peter Forum.
I discussed at length with Wanashe (please excuse incorrect spelling) and eventually decided to use them only for the move and not storage as initially planned.
True to his word, the team arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled time with the committed truck size with even more staff members than agreed.
Wanashe introduced the team to us, and handed over to Oupa, their very competent driver / foreman who took charge from there ensuring the loading, travelling to our selected storage facility, offloading and packing of our containers happened without any hassles.
As it happens, we were delayed here and there and ended up working till after 8pm that evening. All that without a whisper of a complaint from anyone. The team just kept on going and did their job as expected.
Wanashe, your humble and positive attitude is what made this happen.
