Shocking service and bad quality workmanship

We took in one of my staff's vehicle's to fix the waterpump and it was agreed to be replaced. IT was replaced and the following day the car overheat and the top gasket went. On fixing the gasket at another supplier, we realised no new parts were installed in the vehicle. We took the vehicle back and showed the bag of old parts and Car Service City agreed that they will fix the car at own cost by way of a Manager at their Head Office. The top were apparently taken to engineers whom reckoned it was fine. Then, when they wanted to install the engine, apparently washers were missing. Actually, their knowledge sucked as old vehicles did not have washers at the pistons. So they put it back but their was still an issue with the engine as some noise came out of it. So, more than a week later, a Samson agrees that the engine will be sent to their engineers on the Monday to check and advise. So, no call received on Monday. So Tuesday morning I phone Samson, whom reckons me that he will phone the engineers (8h00) and will phone me back in the afternoon. So when asking why only then, reckons hes got other things to do. Ive been waiting now for 2 hours for head office to phone back and nothing
