I bought a new Fiesta at Ford Paul Maher and found that the air-conditioner does not work. I reported the matter and I was advised to bring the car in for repairs. I did so, and I was given a courtesy car with no fuel whatsoever. They took the car for a whole week only to tell me that the problem is not yet fixed, but I am free to fetch my car back. If I want the problem to be fixed, I can bring the car in again so that they can replace the panel which is currently out of stock until further notice. Was this car really new???
