I call into Avis regularly to make reservations on behalf of my company. There have been 3 incidents where I have spoken to Maralize, what an absolute asset to Avis. She is so friendly, efficient and bends over backwards to assist you. I am always left so chuffed after having to deal with her. Well done Avis and thank you this is the best customer service I have received from any company.
