Timing Kit

I bought the timing kit from goldwagen Tzaneen, the belt was the right size but not the rollers and pins, my fitter put in the belt and I took the rollers and pins for exchange, Goldwagen could not help me with the exchange.
I just feel like was unfairly treated because I had to buy another set of rollers which cost 1278.00 on top of 1900.00 for the first set, and keep the ones that I will never use even in a single day.
Can I be advised who was wrong between these two parties.
