Shocking service

Am sitting with a R 571.00 warranty claim for a popped seal since Friday 11/10/2013. NO ONE AVAILABLE AT BRANCH - EVERYONE AT MOTOR SHOW so now i have been without a car since the 12th. Responsible person just doesn't bother to answer his cell or reply to the e-mails that have been sent of which there have been many but too busy with the show to worry about doing his job and people sitting without their cars. This is absolutely pathetic and disgusting. How many people out there are without their cars waiting for this man to do his job and give approval?
