Poor Service/Lacking in Ethics

Car went for 15000 km service where i complained about aircon being noisy, temp gauge reflecting the incorrect outside temperature ie it can 35 degrees outside & car will say 15 degrees & vice versa, kick down gear being slow, petrol
To my dismay when i took my vehicle in the abrupt service advisor said that my concerns must be noted when i book the service not on the actual service date.
04.10.13, i contacted the service manager as my vehicle hasnt done 10000km since the service & the brake fluid is low, i re-addressed the air issue & the fact that it is now stinking. i was was requested to bring my vehicle in on 05.10.13.
i also requested details of all maintenance done @the service & when it was taken in 3 days later after the service. Todate i have received no details.
i was told the brake fluid was topped up & bakes will last to the next service, when i asked what % is still left, it wasnt noted on the job card. still waiting feedback! Aircon still stinks!
some part that was supposedly ordered for the boot 3months ago hasnt arrived i assume as i wasnt contacted to bring car in
the service rendered is horrific & the is unimaginable, i regret buying hyundai
