Pathetic Customer Service

I am utterly appalled by the service that i am receiving from this company.
I purchased a BMW 325i from Pharaoh in April this year, firstly the car was advertised as having full service history but upon delivery this was not the case, then i was given the run around about getting the service history from the old owner which never came!
I then requested that the car be sent to BMW to have a full diagnostic and service done which they refused, they advised that BMW would just charge too much for minor stuff and they said that i should rather send it to one of their 'contacts' which i was not happy about but agreed anyway.

So my car was at this 'contact' for 3 weeks and when i received it back i requested a list of the work that was carried out and to date i am still waiting.

Driving to work on Monday the Engine makes a scary noise and a light came on which meant ENGINE MALFUNCTION and the car refuses to start, I've called them to say that the car needs to go to BMW to get sorted properly so that i can have piece of mind. I am still waiting because no-one gets back to you and i am tired of chasing them. I will now go to the NCC, Motor Ombudsman, FSB, RMI and anyone that will hear!!
