My car died on me and it was taken in to Merc-O-Matic for repairs. Though, they know my husband is disabled and it is our only transport, they took 2 (two) weeks to repair my vehicle, which is a half day job to fix. I had it back for a day when it died on me again - the SAME problem all over. They had it for another week. Keep on saying the are waiting for the lift to open. When I left a message that I am sending a truck to pick up my vehicle, they suddenly had time to start fixiing it. They then fix it without putting it on the lift. Only jacked it up. I had my car for 2 days when it died on me again. I called the insurance, who then towed it to the Jeep agents, as I decided Merc-O-Matic will not touch my car again. After they opened everything, they indicated that the work was done very badly. wrong pipes was used. A wrong petrol pump was fixed. They had to cut and paste to make pipes fit. No clamps was used to fasten the pipes. All the pipes pulled out. Please stay away from this people as customers are not important to them.
