As part of my repatriation to South Africa I was in search of a motor vehicle and had initially made email contact with Pharaoh Auto Investments via Nick da Luz. He promptly responded to my request and kept me abreast of potential deals throughout our long distance interaction. When we did arrive in South Africa I visited the dealership and was cordially welcomed by his assistant and Nick who took me through potential deals until I had finally made my selection. He confidently responded to all the questions and queries I had raised and ensured all linking activities were concluded to my satisfaction. I did also raise one post-sale issue with Nick and he ensured the issue had been resolved albeit at the cost of the dealership. Nick followed through with a courtesy email requesting if I was enjoying the vehicle that I had purchased and if he could assist any further. The post sale survey was further extended by a call from Sylvia at the dealership enquiring if I had received all the necessary documentation and if there was any further assistance I required to make my experience with Pharaoh Auto Investments more enjoyable... this was truly a satisfying experience for me!!!
