I visited Engen Greenacres Auto Centre to fill up my vehicle. While Michael, the fuel attendant was filling up, he noticed that I had a puncture. Before I had even thought about how I was going to change the wheel (being a woman, it is a somewhat daunting task), he had offered to put my spare wheel on for me! I was also advised where to go for a quick puncture repair.
I always get good service from this service station (we have had a company account with multiple vehicles with them for the past 6 years), but I considered this above and beyond what is expected of a fuel attendant. Even though I personally only fill up every 3 weeks or so, Michael always greets me with a smile even if he hasn't served me.
Credit should go to the owners who have managed to instil a good service ethic in their staff.
