Absolute Poor Client Service

Took my car for 45 000km service at 39 800kms 25 june 2013, during which time the car was bumped in their wash-bay. Since june 2013 to date I have Never been contaced by vw management or staff for updates or just simple client service. I collected the car from the panelbeaters today 4 sept 2013 because vw refused to fetch it -even they have been struggling to get hold of vw's pieter for more than a week they said... now various mechanical faults to it because it was with the panelbeaters for sooooo long (since 24 july, 2013 to be precise). Point being, I'm now sitting with a damaged car that had such extensive damage to it thanks to vw and vw is simply showing me the 'middle finger'...not acceptable! I deserve much better treatment. A replacement car - mine was a ltd edition model (mk1 with 39 800km on the clock) - what say you vw? My husband is stuck in Silverton as we speak (19:17) with the very same car battery so run down, inter alia... I'm not a happy client...!!!
