It seems we are not the only ones who have been conned out of our money by this company. I initially contacted them around Nov 2012 to move our household good to the UK in March 2013. I phoned in Jan 2013 to confirm and was told the person I was dealing with had left the company. They arrived to pack our things on 12 March 2013. I had paid in full and it was only then that I looked them up on Hellopeter as I felt unsettled about their lack of professionalism (we had already done a move UK-SA so had been through the process). All was fine, we got confirmation that our goods had arrived in the UK about a month later and we arranged storage with the UK agent until we had an address. About 10 days later we received an e-mail from the UK agent to say that they had not received payment from JW and that we were incurring about? 100 a day port charges until our goods were cleared. We had to pay up since we could not get hold of anyone at JW&co. We just wanted our things. To date they have ignored all calls and mails and we are out of pocket of approximately? 3600 (R56000). Absolutely disgusted with Dennis Kaye since the company must have been in trouble when they took our money
