Ad bad customer service

I rented a car in Cape Town and on the morning of my flight back to jhb, I could not get the car started. Phoned the call centre and it just kept ringing... I had to call the AA to come and start the car for me... Got to the airport and told them about it. The manager was not on duty and was assured she would call me back. It is now almost a month later and no call...
