A DS3 ultra prestige was purchased

the vehicle was scratched (front bumper) before delivery, the sales person andy then tried to tell us that it was like that already and that was the reason they where discounting the car.

He also told us that he was giving us a discount so that he could put a deal through before financial year end.

Then it was admitted that the car got scratched on the way to, or at safey film fitment which delayed delivery by a day because they where trying to hide the scratch, i discovered the scratch when i appeared shortly before the dealership closed that day.

we only got the car at 4pm the next day day.

Andy did not bother to take us through the car and show us all its functionality ie sat nav operation. Basically closed the door and ushered us out the dealership.

We then had a puncture 2 weeks later and when we tried to change the tyre, there were no tools to do so. Andy had to come to our premisis first to see what was missing and 2 hours later we finally had our tools

It took over a month to get the licence plates and licence disk

no spare key was haded to us. we are still waiting.

the dealer has since closed its doors.
