Red light on dashboard not removed as requested

I took my car for service at Imperial GM Bloemfontein on the 05/07/2013, i asked them to service the car and remove the light saying (BRAKE), reflecting on the Dash, they later called me and told me it's because of the brakes and that they need replacing, Knowing that the light is the reason why I did not get a roadworthy certificate on the car, I said they can change the brakes. They then called me at 1630 saying the car is fine I must come get it, when I started the car the light was still reflecting. I asked why, the lady said "let me call the foreman". Then they came up with a story that there is a switch problem, and they will order the part on Monday. My problem is: Why did you replace the brakes when they were not the reason for the red light (I want my money back). Why did you not tell me about the switch when you called me and asked if you can go ahead and fix stuff (you don't know what you doing). Why did you tell me "Mr Modise everything is fine you can come collect you car" when the only thing i told you to remove, was still reflecting on the dash board.monday is re test for roadworthy, some one has to pay, this up and down to GM, who is going to pay for my petrol, i am not happy at all.
