I have done some motor purchases with some few companies before, including those major franchise, not naming any now (BMW) ;-) and I must, no I'm naturally forced to say WOW WOW WOOOW... What a great experience by just being a paying customer. The financial side (Vincent) was excellent to meet my needs and keeping me updated regularly. The sales representative, James, was so helpful. Actually I'm not doing any justice by complimenting only a few. The entire Cayenne team should get an award. Ringing the bell when on delivery is such an unique way to congratulate the customer. You really do feel "proud" and "appreciated" when all the staff are clapping hands and cheering. I just wish they would ring the bell on any purchase, even if its a key ring haha... Cayenne, thank you so much for everything and making me for the first time (no jokes) a satisfied customer with a great memory. This experience SHALL be told to generations still to come.
