I am in the process of purchasing a 320i bmw sports pack. Shopping around obviously for a good deal with a good trade in which i can do!!! I got proposals from 3 dealerships including Northcliff Auto. I contacted Hein to tell him that i got quite a good deal and he confirmed that he will match this. However we did not confirm that the deal will be done with him. Today he calls with so much attitude and rudeness as I told him that i am going with the other bmw dealership. I expect this to be dealt with urgently please.
