I sent my wife's car in for a service and from start to finish Casper was professional. He took the time to perform inspection checks before and after the service, followed up with a call a few days later to check that everything is running smoothly. Additionally there are some warranty claims on the car that he has now taken photos of and will order the parts for installation.
