Food poisoning complaint ignored

I and two friends had a meal at the Fishmonger Retsaurant at the Firs in Rosebank one evening in early January. About 3 hours after the meal, I began to feel ill, sweating, diarrhoea and vomiting. As I had eaten nothing since lunch time, it was obvious to me that the fish dish I had was off and i had got food poisonng. A few days later when i had recovered, i called the restaurant to tell them what had happened and to alert them to the fact that there was something wrong in their kitchen. The person I spoke to promised to investigate and get back to me. After a week or so I hadn't been contacted so I called again. This time someone called Terr, y a manager there took my call and again promised to investigate and call me back. A week later I still hadnt heard anything so I called him back and again was promised some sort of response. So that must have been round about February this year. I happened to be passing the restaurant last week (now mid April) and I went in to see if this Terry was on duty. He wasnt but I told the man at the front desk about my complaint and dissatisfaction and he promised to get Terry to call me. A week later and still nothing. Shoddy!
