On the 19/04/2013 12:47 i placed an order with Lindiwe and she told me that it will only take 1hr 30min and according to their slip target time for delivery was 13:32 and my food only arrived at 14:50. it is however not the 1st time it happened its the 3rd time it did so i phoned the restaurant and spoke to Monti (i'm not sure what is his position is there) as he was the person i spoke to the first time when this happened. later the same day Monti called and said to me that they will not be doing deliveries for me and he never gave me any reason as to why they will not be doing so. im a big fan for nandos food and i believe they know that but this is disappointing to the core to be treated like that as a valuable customer im not so sure if they know what is customer service
