Yesterday we went to Nandos Tygervally - AGAIN after returning home we discovered the cooldrink and chips were not in the bags. It was no use going back as this was 20km from our home and the petrolprice these days...
Nandos Management and Franchisees holders MUST look into this as this was not the first time this happening. As a treat to our self we like to buy Nandos once a month, but again and again and again there is always something missing from our bags that was not packed!!!
This is ruining the experience of "special treat"
Please re train your staff, make sure people do get what they pay for!!!
