On 5 March 2013, I called the Sandwhich Baron in Hatfield. A guy answered and he answered by saying "HELLO" in stead of being professional. I then told him that I would like to place an order for delivery and he said to me from which company and I then told him. He took along time and then told me he was new which I then told him it's no problem. After holding for 5 minutes a lady took the phone from him and she said "ummmmmm" loudly which I could here and then slammed the phone down on my hear. My colleagues at work and I have been ordering from this place for a long time and this is the most pathetic service I received from these two people.
